Spruce Street Golden Manor is an apartment complex specifically designed for low-income seniors where safety, comfort, friendship and independence are valued. It has twenty-three one bedroom apartments and a one-bedroom apartment for an on-site manager. The apartments are equipped with on-site laundry, community room, personal mailboxes, a computer learning center and planned activities.

For those who qualify, rent payments will not exceed 30% of your personal monthly income, adjusted by medical expenses and assets. An additional benefit is that utility payments are included in your rent.

At Spruce Street Golden Manor safety means a secured building. These include: deadbolt locks and peepholes on the entrance door of all units, smoke detectors, and emergency call buttons in handicapped accessible units.

You will enjoy your apartment at Spruce Street Golden Manor because you can decorate it as you wish. All apartments are furnished with wall-to-wall carpeting, range, frost-free refrigerator and garbage disposal. Each apartment has individual central heat and air conditioning controls with which you may adjust the temperature. Pharmacy delivery and home health care programs are available through various agencies to assist you. An On-Site Social Service Coordinator is also available for additional resident support.

Spruce Street Golden Manor has a number of features, which will allow you to maintain an independent lifestyle. Each apartment is barrier free according to ADA requirements, which allows access and mobility to all areas.
