For those who qualify, rent payments will not exceed 30% of your personal monthly income, adjusted by medical expenses and assets. At Spruce Street Golden Manor safety means a secured building. These include: deadbolt locks and peepholes on the entrance door of all units, smoke detectors, and emergency call buttons in handicapped accessible units.

All apartments are furnished with wall-to-wall carpeting, range, frost-free refrigerator and garbage disposal. Each apartment has individual central heat and air conditioning controls with which you may adjust the temperature. Pharmacy delivery and home health care programs are available through various agencies to assist you. An On-Site Social Service Coordinator is also available for additional resident support.
